Overview
For travelers who want it all, the 11-day Deluxe Holy Land Tour goes far beyond the classic route. Alongside Jerusalem, the Galilee, Bethlehem, and the Dead Sea, this Christian Israel tour ventures into the Negev Desert and down to Eilat on the Red Sea — with an optional day excursion to Petra in Jordan. Days 1–7 follow the beloved Holy Land circuit at a comfortable pace, with breakfast and dinner included daily and nights in Tel Aviv, a Galilee kibbutz, and Jerusalem. Days 8–10 add the desert south: an air force museum, a camel safari with a Bedouin lunch, Ben-Gurion's desert hut, the Ramon Crater, Timna Park, and the Underwater Observatory. It's the most complete single trip through the biblical land we offer.
Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1 — Arrival in Tel Aviv
Meet your representative at Ben Gurion Airport, transfer to your Tel Aviv hotel, and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. Dinner at the hotel.
Day 2 — Caesarea, Megiddo, Haifa & Akko to the Galilee
Drive the coast to Caesarea's amphitheater, fortress, and aqueduct. Continue to Megiddo, ascend Mount Carmel in Haifa, and explore Crusader Akko's harbor and underground passages. Check into your Galilee kibbutz hotel for dinner.
Day 3 — Tiberias, Western Galilee & Banias
Tour Tiberias, then board a Jesus-boat cruise across the Sea of Galilee. Visit Capernaum, Tabgha's Church of the Multiplication, and the Mount of Beatitudes. Finish at Banias and Caesarea Philippi. Dinner in the Galilee.
Day 4 — Nazareth & Beit Shean to Jerusalem
Visit Cana, then Nazareth — the Church of the Annunciation, St. Joseph's Church, and the ancient city well. Stop at Yardenit for a baptism opportunity, tour Roman Beit Shean, and drive the Jordan Valley to Jerusalem. Dinner at the hotel.
Day 5 — Old City of Jerusalem
The Mount of Olives panorama, the Garden of Gethsemane, Mount Zion's Upper Room and King David's Tomb, the Jewish Quarter's Cardo, the Western Wall, the Via Dolorosa, the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, and the Garden Tomb. Dinner in Jerusalem.
Day 6 — New City & Bethlehem
Ein Kerem, Yad Vashem, and the Israel Museum's Dead Sea Scrolls and Second Temple model. In the afternoon, Bethlehem and the Church of the Nativity. Shabbat dinner in Jerusalem.
Day 7 — Masada & the Dead Sea
Explore Qumran's scroll caves, ride the cable car to Masada's mountaintop fortress, and float in the Dead Sea. Dinner in Jerusalem.
Day 8 — Negev Desert to Eilat
Journey south: the Hatzerim Air Force Museum, a camel safari and biblical-style lunch in a Bedouin village, Sde Boker with Ben-Gurion's hut, and Mitzpeh Ramon's vast crater. Dinner by the Red Sea in Eilat.
Day 9 — Eilat at Leisure or Optional Petra
Free day in Eilat — or join the optional full-day Petra excursion ($250 per person): transfer to the Jordanian border, horseback ride to Petra's entrance, guided walk through the Siq to the Treasury, Royal Tombs, and Roman Theater, lunch in Petra, and visa and border assistance. Dinner in Eilat.
Day 10 — Eilat to Tel Aviv
Visit the Underwater Observatory, then Timna Park's ancient copper mines and Solomon's Pillars. Drive north to Tel Aviv for dinner.
Day 11 — Departure
Transfer to Ben Gurion Airport for your flight home.
