How many people do we need for a group?

Our online prices are built for groups of 20 or more — the planner shows per-person prices at 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and 45 travelers, and it prices larger groups too. Working with a smaller group? Send us the quote request and our office will price it for you personally.

Can we choose our own travel dates?

Yes. The sample tours run on weekly patterns — tell us the week that suits your church and we will set your dates. Or choose Build Your Own and lay out your exact arrival and departure dates; the planner builds the trip around them.

What’s included in the group price?

Hotels on half board (breakfast and dinner daily), meet and assist at the airport on arrival, transfers on arrival and departure, every touring day with a licensed English-speaking guide, and entrance fees to all sites on the itinerary — including the Masada cable car ride on tours that visit Masada. Choose the full package and your airfare is included too. Lunches and tips for your guide and driver are not included.

I’m the group leader — what does my own trip cost?

Nothing, when you add a complimentary place. The group form lets you add complimentary (free) places for yourself as leader or host; their cost is spread across the paying travelers, so the per-person price your people see already covers you. On the full package, complimentary places fly free as well.

When do we pay — the deposit and the balance?

A deposit of 20% holds your dates and your prices. The balance is due 90 days before departure. If you book within 90 days of departure, full payment is due at booking.
