Questions group leaders ask
How many people do we need for a group?
Our online prices are built for groups of 20 or more — the planner shows per-person prices at 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and 45 travelers, and it prices larger groups too. Working with a smaller group? Send us the quote request and our office will price it for you personally.
I’m the group leader — what does my own trip cost?
Nothing, when you add a complimentary place. The group form lets you add complimentary (free) places for yourself as leader or host; their cost is spread across the paying travelers, so the per-person price your people see already covers you. On the full package, complimentary places fly free as well.
Can we choose our own dates?
Yes. The sample tours run on weekly patterns — tell us the week that suits your church and we will set your dates. Or choose Build Your Own and lay out your exact arrival and departure dates; the planner builds the trip around them.
Can we be baptized in the Jordan River?
Yes. Yardenit, the baptismal site on the Jordan River, is on our group itineraries, and entrance to Yardenit is included in your tour. Most groups have their own pastor conduct the baptism; if you would like to be baptized, the site provides the robe, towel and locker for a small rental fee.
